    Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC (“MDP”) is a leading private equity investment firm based in Chicago, Illinois.  Since MDP’s formation in 1992, the firm has raised seven funds with aggregate capital of approximately $23 billion and has completed investments in over 130 companies. Prior to forming the firm, MDP’s founders built a $2.6 billion management buyout and venture capital portfolio at First Chicago Corporation dating back to the early 1980s.

    Breslau Capital is the controlling partner of Centennial Sites, the founding investor group of Centennial Towers. This group has had extensive experience in the development of infrastructure sites and SMR telecommunications networks in many countries in Latin America. Since 2008, it has developed (through its affiliates and now by its ongoing investment in Centennial Towers) thousands of wireless communications sites between Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Brazil. Breslau Capital is also involved in real estate business in Panama and the US, including headquarters of Sony Inter-american, HP, and Canon, technology investments in innovators like eVolution Networks, and SOMS Technologies LLC., and media ventures like film making and IMAX theaters.
