Mr. Moskowitz serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Centennial Towers GP, and is President & Chief Executive Officer of Centennial Towers Holding. Prior to this, Mr. Moskowitz was President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member of NextG Networks, the leading provider of distributed antenna systems (DAS) and small cell sites in the United States, until completing the successful sale of the company to Crown Castle Corporation in April 2012.
Mr. Moskowitz started in the site infrastructure business in 1997 as an executive with American Tower Corporation. He held a variety of executive management positions during his tenure, most notably as President of the U.S. Division for 7 years, helping the company expand from 500 to more than 20,000 tower sites, distributed antenna systems (DAS) networks and construction management services.
Before joining American Tower, Mr. Moskowitz worked for 12 years in the media business. He held various sales, marketing, and executive management positions at The Katz Media Group, the leading broadcast media representative in the United States.
Alberto Alemán Zubieta
Alberto Alemán Zubieta serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Centennial Towers GP. Mr. Zubieta is the former CEO of the Panama Canal Authority, the autonomous agency that manages the Panama Canal, the leading interoceanic waterway that serves world maritime commerce. Under his leadership, the Panama Canal Authority´s vision has been to transform the Canal into a world leader in services to the maritime industry, to be the cornerstone of the global transportation system, and a model of excellence, integrity, and transparency. Mr. Zubieta began his professional career in the construction field. For many years, he served as CEO of one of the largest construction companies in the Republic of Panama. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Administrator of the former Panama Canal Commission, the United States Government federal agency that was responsible, until December 31, 1999, for the administration and operation of the Panama Canal. Mr. Zubieta is currently Founder and CEO of ABCO Global, an engineering and consultant firm serving the logistics and project management industries. He also serves on the boards of Panama Sovereign Fund, Panama Canal International Advisory Board, and other boards in both the private sector and government.
Zaid F. Alsikafi
Zaid Alsikafi serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Centennial Towers GP. Mr. Alsikafi is a Managing Director on the MDP Telecom, Media & Technology Services team. Before joining MDP, Mr. Alsikafi was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the financial institutions group, and with MDP as an Associate for 2 years. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Liquid Web, Q9 Networks, Inc., QuickPlay Media, Inc., and Univision Communications Inc. Mr. Alsikafi holds a B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Havard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Abraham (Abe) Btesh serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Centennial Towers GP. Mr. Btesh is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Navigator Family Offices. He graduated from Bentley College in Massachusetts with a bachelor´s degree in marketing and joined his family-owned business, managing the education and corporate divisions for more than 10 years with a focus on branding, product development, and marketing strategies.
Mr. Btesh has 20+ years of business experience in Latin America where he honed his expertise in sourcing products from Asia and in the wholesale import and export business. With operations in Brazil, Colombia, and Panama, Mr. Btesh led new business development, sourcing and negotiating, startup processes and overall production. As an entrepreneur, he is also a successful private equity investor, real estate developer, and administrator.
Roberto A. Jimenez serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Centennial Towers GP. Mr. Jimenez is a Managing Partner of Breslau Capital Partners, LLC., President of Grupo Compañía Azucarera La Estrella (CALESA), Secretary of The Panama Stock Exchange, and Director of Latinclear among others. During his career he helped develop the capital markets in Panama, structuring innovative market leading transactions. He managed the Corporate Finance efforts of Wall Street Securities (1993-02) and The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. (Panama) (1990-93). He has participated in numerous boards across the private sector and was Syndic of the Rotary Foundation. Mr. Jimenez holds a B.A. in Economics and Financial Management from The Catholic University of America, an M.B.A. from George Washington University, and completed Chase´s NY Corporate Finance Program.
Scott G. Pasquini
Scott Pasquini serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Centennial Towers GP. Mr. Pasquini is a Managing Director on the MDP Telecom, Media and Technology Services team. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Pasquini was an Associate at GTCR Golder Rauner and with Merrill Lynch in their mergers & acquisitions group. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Liquid Web, Things Remembered and Topps Company, and is actively involved with MDP’s investment in Q9 Networks, Inc. Mr. Pasquini holds a B.S.E. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
James Perry, Jr.
Jim Perry serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Centennial Towers GP. Mr. Perry is a Managing Director on the MDP Telecom, Media & Technology Services team. Prior to co-founding MDP, Mr. Perry was with First Chicago Venture Capital for 8 years. Previously, he was with The First National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Perry concentrates on investments in the telecom, media and technology services sector and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Asurion Corporation, Intermedia.net, Inc., Liquid Web, The Topps Company, Univision Communications, and Chicago Public Media. He is on the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences and serves as Vice-chairman of the School Board of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Mr. Perry holds a B.A from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
